The Parrish Law Firm was founded by principle attorney James R. Parrish, who used to defend insurance companies and worked intimately with everyone in the insurance industry from front-line adjusters to corporate “big wigs.” Mr. Parrish used to lecture to insurance professionals to help them more successfully settle claims for small amounts or deny claims altogether and wrote articles for insurance/risk management companies. Mr. Parrish also even graduated from the International Association of Defense Counsel trial academy.

Mr. Parrish is a graduate of the University of Virginia, which is consistently ranked among the "Top Ten" law schools in the United States, and he is also a former partner in one of the oldest trial law firms in Northern Virginia. Mr. Parrish is admitted to and regularly appears in the State and Federal Courts of Virginia. He also handles appellate matters before the Virginia Supreme Court and the Federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Furthermore, Mr. Parrish has the honor of having been credited with filing a successful amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court.

The Firm, based in Manassas, Virginia, applies the knowledge Mr. Parrish has gained from his past interactions with the insurance companies with which he now does battle on behalf of people injured in car, truck and motorcycle accidents. Armed with our "inside information" we fight for those injured in a motor vehicle accident to recover compensation for those injuries and help them get their lives back on track.
